Response Status code 500 when trying change personal balance

- The merchant balance updated and increased but the personal account not and response this error
- from the api service too

Hello,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Technical Support Community.

Is your balance not showing in your sandbox account?

Can you please comment your merchant id for the sandbox account that is not displaying the balance?

If you are having a different issue, can you please explain the issue or provide the complete request including headers with no credentials?
