Reference transaction payments are not shown in sandbox environment

We are integrating Paypal reference transactions in our system.

Everything is working fine as stated in the documents and we can charge after creating a billing agreement, but these transactions are not being shown in the Sandbox environment.

The facilitator (receiver merchant account) total amount is increased properly, but the transactions are not shown.

The buyer amount is not changed, and also no transactions are shown.

If the receiver account balance is increased, the payee account should be deducted by the same amount. If the receiver account balance is increased, there should also be a corresponding transaction for the same amount. There may be a delay between when the billing agreement is billed and when the account balance / transaction activity is updated.
