I would like to explain my current situation to you. Currently, I have linked shopify to my paypal business account. Before running my shopify store, I would like to test the payment (with my own fund) whether it is work or not. And here I tested with two method, which is make a payment from paypal account (my personal account) and with credit/debit card.
However, when I try to make a payment in my shopify store, the sentence (Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method.) has shown. And obviously, my paypal business account could not receive any fund from it. What is worse, there was a charge in my credit card.
So, I am looking for solving the following problems
1) How can I make my business paypal account is readied for receiving payment (readied for e-commerce business) ?
2) How can I track back my money? And where does the money goes?
