Problem in obtaining API Credentials

I am using the  NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic) to take payments with a bespoke system using API Username, API password and Signature from my businesses PayPal account. This is working fine and I now want to transfer this to my clients PayPal business account and sent him instructions on how to obtain the his API credentials, but when he gets to the page https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiAccess and clicks on "manage API credentials" he is not seeing the page https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/mytools/apiaccess/firstparty/signature that shows the API username, API Password and signature that I see. He is seeing the following page https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/mytools/apiaccess/firstparty/cert that is titled Manage API certificate and only shows the API username and API password and below this API certificate - Active showing the fingerprint, but no signature.  Does anyone know why the client is being directed to a different page and not seeing the signature that I need.

Hello,

You will not see both authentication methods enabled on the same account, so if your client is currently seeing API username, API password and API certificate, they need to remove those credentials first and then they'll see an option to request API username, API password and API signature.

Was my post helpful? If so, please give me a kudos!

Thank you MTS_Justin.

Very frustrating that this is not explained anywhere.

Thankfully you were able to fix our problem today.
