Hi,
I currently process payments to my website with an IPN handler; occasionally errors occur and it is neccessary to resend the IPN from within the PayPal website.
I would like to assign the rights to resend an IPN notification to one of the users of my site, but I am not sure what permissions to assign - currently the user just sees:
Instant Payment Notification (IPN) history Feature Not Available
