Paypal sandbox - Subscription buttons: IPN notification not being sent.

Hello, i created testing subscription buttons in PayPal Sandbox.

I have set up notify_url=www.mylistenerURL.com in the advanced variables, and also in account settings. I verified my listener is working correctly with the IPN simulator, however, when i simulate a transaction using the sandbox accounts, no IPN notification is being sent. No iPN messages show up in the merchant account.

Seller account is:

PayPal Merchant ID

KPAMHG8ESPFUE

I've greatly appreciate some help on this issue, i've been trying to make this work for several days by now, with no success.

We're aware of an issue impacting IPN generation / delivery within our sandbox environment and the relevant technical teams are already investigating.

I'll post in the thread pinned to the top of this forum once the issue has been resolved.
