Paypal payments not pulling through to reports

Hi guys, I'm putting through sandbox payments and they're showing in my account activity but not in the reports. I'm wondering why this is? It does say:

 

Sales Insights currently uses the Pacific (US) time zone (PDT/PST). If your PayPal account is based in another time zone, your daily sales data will vary accordingly and may reflect partial data for the most recent day.

 

However my account time is Pacific time. I'm trying to develop new code which alters the state of the reports hence need instant feedback when I make a test payment. Can anyone help?

What is the email for the sandbox account where you have setup the reports and which reports are you referring to ?
