Hi,
I encounterd a problem with fees charges in the sandbox. I have USA business account, and UK, CAD and USA buyers accounts (all of them in the sandbox)
When it is saling for USA buyer, the fee is 0.59(0.29% + 0.30$) - which is exactly like the When it is a saling for UK and CAD user, for transaction of 10$ paypal chrages 0.69 - which exactly as defined here - https://www.paypal.com/il/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees
But, when it is a saling for UK or CAD users, the fee is 0.69$ - which is not as defined.
So, how the fees is calculated? Maybe it's sandbox issue?
