Paypal billing agreement API sandbox

I have integrated the paypal billing agreement API in in test mode for sandbox.
Called API to create the Plan,executed 
agreement by customer.
After that Marchant account didn't receive the setup fee and the recurring amount that was set on weekly basis.

 

 

Below the status I can see in my notification

We cannot process the following recurring payment. We will try again in five days. 

Profile ID:
For: First  payment
Date Due: Oct 29, 2019
Next Payment Date: Nov 3, 2019

Buyer Contact Information 

Profile Status: Active
Buyer Name: 
Buyer Email: buyer sandbox account email

 

Can anyone help me this from paypal team or community of developer?

Hello,

First, review the thread pinned at the top of this forum on how to report a sandbox issue, then come back to this thread and provide the relevant account and transaction details so I can review it for you.
