Paypal Sendbox

Hello,

I am building a WordPress based website that is related to the PAYPAL system with Woocommerce plugin and me and my customers are from Israel.
For testing i am using SANDBOX system and like to ask

1. Do  i need to create all my test users at my site and at paypal?
   
2. Is it possible to test SANDBOX account with my personal credit card (without the actual charging)

Hello,

Do i need to create all my test users at my site and at paypal? -- You will need a test account at your site so you can login and complete checkout and you'll also need a sandbox business account (to accept payments) and a sandbox buyer account (to make payments).

Is it possible to test SANDBOX account with my personal credit card (without the actual charging) -- No. You cannot use real-world funding instruments within our sandbox environment. We provide a card generator at our developer site which you can use to generate card numbers which can be used within our sandbox environment - https://developer.paypal.com/developer/creditCardGenerator/
