Paypal Adaptive API Error

I am using escrow method in my website and trying to run it in the sandbox mode but even when i am running it, the error is "Account Account not found. Unilateral receiver not allowed in chained payment is restricted". I have the account verified as well but still i am facing the same problem.
Can you help me with it?
