Payment Not Received on Merchant A/c

Hello,

Paypal Sandbox A/C Configured on WordPress Woocommerce store successfully, but When user will pay for the product then payment will deduct on their account with "hasn't accepted yet" Label But "Merchant" didn't get anything.
We don't want to add manually accept payment method or any other process. Woo order has successfully completed with "On Hold" Status Also.
would you please help us with this. The Merchant and Website will not get any error or notification about the payment or error about the transaction.
