Payal Pro integration to Magento back-end

Hello,

I have recently got Paypal PRO as my payment system and I was told by the sales rep that it can be integrated with the Magento back-end so that the payment can be taken whilst the order is placed at the backend. 

Appreciate if someone can assist me whit this process of integration.
