We have a new Form, Gravity Forms to collect paid orders on our new Wordpress website.
We want our clients to stay on our site when paying for the service.
For years now we have been working with PayPal Payments Pro and never had any issues.
Gravity Forms only allows PayPal Playflow.
We called PayPal and they told us we needed to open a barnd new PayPal account to use PayPal Payflow but this is not possible for us.
Does anyone know how to get around this?

According to Gravity Forms Documentation a Legacy version of PayPal Payment's Pro Exists.
Below is the link to Gravity Form's Documentation:
Legacy PayPal Pro Add On Gravity Forms
This add on was not created by PayPal, it was created by Gravity Forms.
There is also a version of legacy PayPal Pro account that has Payflow API Credentials Available. If you have that version, here are the steps to obtaining Payflow API Credentials:
- Log into your PayPal Account
- Click on Tools
- Click on All Tools
- Click on API Credentials
- If available click on Option 2 - Payflow Pro
- Click on Set Up Payflow Pro API Access
- Click Create access (creating a new set of credentials seems to help with the integration)
- Copy and paste the credentials from your PayPal Account into Gravity Forms
If you do not see any of these options in your legacy Pro Account then you will need to see if Gravity Forms will allow you to add the Legacy Pro Add On.
Thank you,
Jennifer
