We use PayPal Here with VEND. Integration is usually fine but we have had significant issues recently. VEND is up to date, iPad IOS is up to date, readers are up to date as is the PayPal Here app.
The three main issues we're having are:
VEND/Reader connection drops and payment hangs
Payments are slow and result in a Card Declined on working cards
When VEND is activated the reader drops it's connection with PayPal Here but reconnects when you switch screens to the PayPal App
We would view this as an isolated issue but we have been using 4 different iPad registers in 2 different locations (1.5km) apart on different internet connections with the same issue across all the registers. Also the set up is one we have been using routinely with only minor issues.
Any suggestions?
