How do I access my selling tools in a sandbox account? I need to be able to turn "PayPal Account Optional" on in my account to test my integration with PayPal. This apparently is not super trivial to achieve so any help is greatly appreciated.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
