Hello, Could you please enable Reference Transactions on my PayPal account? I need this feature to sell recurring subscription products via WooCommerce. I'm hopping for your response, Thank you.

Unfortunately, it can be very difficult to get this approved.  They will most likely tell you that you need to have $10k/mo in sales volume in order to qualify for it.  

I've seen them approve some people with brand new accounts and no history at all, and others I've seen with lots of history get denied because they aren't at that level.  Seems that it sort of depends on who gets your request and whether they will just flip the switch for you or not.
