PayPal IPN does not send out

Good morning, sir,
I'm having a problem with PayPal IPN.
It doesn't post on my server once the payment is successful. I tried with IPN Simulator and it works but on the sandbox version, it doesn't work.
I tried with HTTPS, HTTP, with the raw ip of my site but it doesn't work.
A week ago, everything was working fine.
