PayPal Developer Sandbox buyer account not working

Hi,

 

I've tried numerous times now to create a sandbox buyer account and. it just keeps saying 'error creating account. Does anyone know what's wrong (or what I'm doing wrong) or any way to fix this?

I have tried to reproduce the issue and could able to create sandbox account without any issues.

 

Please find the below snapshot for reference.

I request to please clear your web browser cache/cookies and try below steps.

 

Login to  https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/ >> click "create account" >> you will see a pop-up frame where you can select account type and other details >> click "create"
