PayPal Developer: Issues when attempting to create sandbox app and users

Hello,

I would like to request help please. I want to integrate PayPal to an already-in-production online store, but in order to implement PayPal correctly, I need to create a sandbox app and sandbox users, but when attempting to do so, I get the following:

Something went wrong. One or more sandbox accounts could not be fetched. Try again.

Hello,

We're aware there are technical issues with certain functionalities within our sandbox environment at the moment.
