Part of PayPal checkout form shows grayed out 'Ship To' and 'Pay With' section

In my sandbox environment, when opening PayPal checkout via PayPal buttons the form shows,

but the form shows grayed out 'Ship To' and 'Pay With' section.

Order amount in the upper right shows with order details.

'Continue' button is enabled, when clicked, generates message on the form:

We're sorry

Things don’t appear to be working at the moment

This worked fine yesterday, no changes on our PayPal account were made.

I am testing in an environment which has not changed for many days.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

If you did not make any changes to your integration and it stopped working, most likely it is related to the site outage that we had on July 3rd 2020.

The issue was fully resolved. Can you please retry processing payments in Sandbox?
