I am currently setting up an on line store, the PayPal set up is all correct, however I'm unable to do a test checkout before launching because we cannot checkout through PayPal.
A suggestion box shows the person is either locked out or the checkout won't progress further, then I'm unable to remove the customer details and cart, the information appears to be locked in.
