Notification after payment / money arrive

Hi there,

first of I'm sorry if this has been asked before.

Is there a way to be notified (Webhooks / API ideally) when some will make a payment to my account?

I have a a website where I offer PayPal Express to my customers. And once this checkout process is completed website is notified...

But I would also like PayPal to "ping" another URL with notification. Is this possible?
