Not receiving confirmation mail of sandbox account

I have a business account it's confirmed in the live account but when I try to send a confirmation link from my sandbox account it gives me success response but I can't receive any email. I can't able to work any features because I want to test subscribe button using my sandbox account but it returns this error "The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again."
Please, Can you confirm my email manually? And please resolve this issue.
