Not able to see phone number in papal checkout

I have changed the contact telephone number to Required at https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/preferences/website
But while testing locally on sandbox. I did not see any changes reflected.
I am using sb account created in developer account.

I was able to get phone number now.
Solution:
For enabling any configuration one has to make changes on paypal.com - this will only reflect in live transactions.
If we want to have the same changes on sandbox, we have to login on sandbox.paypal.com with any sandbox account created on developer.paypal.com and change the configuration there as well.
