Need help enabling the require billing address option

could you please enable the "Require billing address" for my sandbox account:

PayPal Merchant ID: <removed>
Payer Account ID: <removed>

@MTS_Justin Can you please enable the required billing address option in this production merchant account <removed>? Thanks. I tried to request it via a ticket, and they seemed confused by the request.

I double checked this one more time - billing address is sent if I change API credentials in Magento admin panel.

Hello,

currently I get the following test billing address from PayPal:

John Doe
San Jose, California, 95131
United States

but looks like this address is missing Billing Street and Telephone. Please tell if it's possible to include these fields into Billing Address?
