Need help enabling the require billing address option

Any requests for changes to production accounts need to be addressed to our customer service, business support or account management teams.

They should be able to assist you with your request. Escalate as necessary within the communication to these teams.

"Require billing address" is enabled now. Please tell if it's possible to keep it enabled for

Payer Account ID: <removed>

but to disable it for another Payer Account:

Payer Account ID: <removed>

so we could test both scenarios?

I can enable or disable it for any sandbox business account that you want.

Please share the merchant id / payer id for the account where you want it "disabled". Do not share email addresses, they will be removed.

Hello,

You've provided the merchant id / payer id's from personal sandbox accounts. The return of the buyer billing address information is conducted from the merchant side of the transaction, so the accounts should be business accounts.

I've checked your developer account and you have only two business sandbox accounts registered, so I've enabled it on the sandbox business account you created (9TDE2R5Z5SU52) and disabled it on the sandbox business account created by our system (S7SUS6EKEZMCC).

An easy was to locate this account created by our system, it will contain the word "facilitator" in the email address.
