Need help enabling the require billing address option

Hi, I'm doing testing with Woocommerce subscriptions and I need the "require billing address" option to be enabled on my sandbox account to process transactions. I tried looking around in my account settings for a way to enable it but couldn't find anything. Can someone help/point me in the right direction?

Hello,

This isn't something which an account user can change, it can only be changed by PayPal directly.

Please share the merchant id for the sandbox business account where you want the billing address returned and I can enable the option for you. Instructions on how to retrieve your merchant id can be found in the thread "pinned" to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".

Thanks. The account Merchant ID is 32TFFDX8LZ5SC. Can you enable this setting on a live account as well?

Apologies for the delay in responding.

I've enabled the return of the billing address for your sandbox account.

For this change to be implemented in our production environment, you would need to request the same from our customer service team.

I have an e-commerce website on which I need to enable "billing address" when my customers are checking out using paypal. I am using sandbox environment and found this problem while I was checking out using my buyer sandbox account. My merchant id is : MPHXQE6RCA73J.
