is there a place that presents setting up a sandbox account in some sort of stepwise fashion for the technically challenged? in the middle of one of the instructions #3 states "Format your PayPal API requests using the details from your test accounts and run them against the Sandbox endpoint(s)." What must i do to complete this. I have no idea.....
