Thanks for updating the user. I'm not getting that "DPRP is disabled for this merchant." error anymore but now a generic "Internal Error". I'm trying an exact same CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile call that works on a live account. Let me know if we should just start over with a clean sandbox account. Error details are below. Thanks!

If it still doesn't work, let me know as I have an account I just setup today with DPRP which I could assign to your developer account which you could then use.
