My Sandbox webhook URL is not being triggered after executing a successful payment

Has someone experienced this? I've tried multiple times after executing a payment but the webhook is not being triggered in Sandbox.

I haven't done anything since a month ago and it was working fine til I check this week... 

I tried the manual Webhook Simulation and it's working but the executing of payment API does not trigger it. 

Please help
