My Card is not verified Message

While testing on Sandbox account when I am going to do the payment through my sandbox credit card then I get the message like this "Sorry, your bank wasn't able to verify your VISA x-<removed> at this time. Please choose another way to pay". please help me out of this!

Hi @novusflos 

 

Can you please submit a ticket with our Technical Support team. In your ticket please include the following: 

  • Sandbox email address you're logging in with as the "buyer" account
  • Sandbox facilitator (seller) account

Once you have submitted your ticket, please reply to me with the ticket number associated so that we may research why this is happening.
