Missing fields in token response

When I was using the PayPal sandbox account, I am sending 'SHIPPING OPTION NAME', and 'SHIPPING OPTION AMOUNT' with the return URL and the token response returns both fields after making a payment. But, PayPal production account is not providing that 'SHIPPING OPTION NAME', and 'SHIPPING OPTION AMOUNT' fields in token response after making a payment. It seems the PayPal production account might need some specific settings at the account level to get the shipping options in the response. Please help me with the proper fix.
