Hi,
I really need assistance asap. I have tried for a week through PayPal to get access for the merchant feature on my account so that my users can accept payment as a merchant, I can see that Paypal is providing that access on the sandbox account but it's not available on my live account. I have tried the chat feature (getting random answers) and putting in a sales request but noone has called. It's been over a week now and very frustrating.
Can someone please offer suggestions on how to get this completed so we can go live with this feature? My developers are needing this ASAP.
