MY APP CAN'T GO LIVE

I created an app and i have my key and secret but each time i toggle live it goes live but after a refresh it goes back to sandbox i have done this several times and it cant be used in live environment as it gives error code.

What do i do to fix this

Hello, This is by design. The toggle doesn't enable "LIVE" or "SANDBOX", both are active at the same time. The toggle is to allow you to switch between the two environments to view the specific REST API credentials for that environment.
