Link ebay sandbox account to paypal sandbox

I'm trying to connect an ebay sandbox account to paypal. Every time I refer to the creation of a new user. I've also tried to create a new user but I'm sent back to the ebay production login! HEEEEEEEEEELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

happens every single time you try to link a sandbox ebay account to a paypal sandbox account..... unfortunately this is a required step for testing any API listings as they require a payment method of immediate pay / paypal. This has been broken for at least a half year and the ebay dev forums are loaded with the same issue. I need help also FYI!

This sounds like an issue on the eBay side of things when you attempt to associate a PayPal sandbox account with their system.

I would advise reaching out to eBay technical support to request support for this issue.
