Issue: Sorry, your bank wasn't able to verify your VISA

Dear support,

I created paypal business account and trying to make purchase by paypal sandbox buyer account but getting below issue after select card  and enter pin and and continue:

Sorry, your bank wasn't able to verify your VISA x-<Removed> at this time. Please choose another way to pay.

I have set my primary currency as INR for India

I am using paypal .net sdk

Please suggest solution as early possible.

Update the expiry date on the card being used for the transaction.

Recommended expiry dates : 01/2020 or 04/2020 or 05/2020

Once updated, payment should be processed successfully.
