Hi,
The transaction was done where receiving account and sending account were both sandbox accounts under different Developer accounts.
Is it possible to check the total funds received and balance of the Sandbox (or the developer) account?

Emails from sandbox accounts are not sent externally. Check the "notifications" section of your PayPal Developer account.

Hello,
No, you cannot see a combined sandbox account balance for a developer account. You need to login to each sandbox account associated with a developer account in order to review the balance for each account.

Hello,
It's the same process as with a production account.
Login to the account at https://www.sandbox.paypal.com and click on "activity" to view all the recent account activity.

Yes!
thanks, I see the Payment received notification.
I see it by clicking the arrow in front of the account (Developer Account -> Sandbox -> Accounts) to which payment was made. Clicking the arrow opens a collapsible frame.
