Ipn in sandbox always queued.

Hello everyone, for a week i was working on a project with paypal payments but since yesterday i am facing a problem with sandbox ipn.
I haven't made any change in the code or in the paypal button so i believe that the settings are fine.  In the ipn history all yesterday's ipn messages are queued. Is there a general problem with sandbox ipn since yesterday??

This issue has already been reported here.

Our engineering team is reviewing the issue at the moment and we hope to have the issue resolved shortly.  It will take a few hours for the backlog to clear.
