IPN warnings keep coming but it seems my code is working

I have run into a strange problem with IPN. I keep getting Emails saying that IPN is failing. However, my site logs all interactions with IPN. If I compare my logs to the purchases via IPN they all match, and the code is getting a VERIFIED response back from PayPal and processing the subscriptions correctly. And yep, I have the URL set to point to the right code and the warning message has those URLs in it.
Here is an example
The transaction came through on July 11th.
ID: 4BV02008H8126642B
It was sent back as required to PayPal and I got a VERIFIED response from PayPal. The code I have on my website fired and unlocked the subscription for the buyer. In the next few hours, I got 12 more notifications about the same transaction. I responded to them all and got back the VERIFIED response from PayPal. My code recorded it as a duplicate transaction and didn't process it. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
I can post transaction logs and the code I am using if that is needed.
Thanks,
Tim
