IPN test

I'm trying testing the IPN Simulator, but its dont work!

Look at this error message:
IPN was not sent, and the handshake was not verified. Review your information.

Other way i'm trying use sandbox, and paying through
facilitor sandbox account.... but the IPN It is taking too long after i paid.

this is the id transaction: 8SV47271LT4647441

Please help-me!

Thank you for providing your transaction id, it was very helpful. I reviewed and saw that your IPN listener is responding to the PayPal Sandbox servers with a 500 response. Here is a document that describes some of the reasons for 500 errors with IPNs: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/why-is-my-ipn-failing-with-http-500-errors-ts2081

If your listener is not sending HTTPS responses you can receive 500 errors: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/ipn/integration-guide/IPNIntro/#ipn-protocol-and-architecture

You may need to restart your IPN listener and ensure that it is setup to respond in https protocol.
