IPN suddenly not receiving notifications same with sandbox email notifications

Without touching any code my IPN suddenly not receiving notifications. Yes, I already enable my IPN at business account with my notification URL. Is there anyone who can help on this?

We experienced a technical issue within our sandbox environment which prevented IPN's from being sent. The issue has now been resolved and the IPNs are being sent like normal.
