IPN status Queued

Hi, can't test IPN sandbox, messages are Queued.

how can the Queue be cleared?

Hello,

 

The queue can't be cleared.

 

If IPN's are showing this status, you've had previous IPN's which failed delivery.

 

Check your IPN history to isolate what is causing the issue.  Review any messages with "failed" or "retrying" in the status field.

 

Check your receiving server log to see what occurred when the IPN was received.

 

Fix any issues, allow the "retrying" and "queued" IPN's to be delivered and then you can resume testing.
