IPN not working Sandbox

I have a webook in the IPN settings that was working then stopped. This was on a clients account that I create a dev account for them. I since used my own dev account and made a new webhook using Integromat and inserted it in the IPN settings and went through the process of creating 2 fake donations with and nothing was sent.

 

Any ideas? I was able to resend some old transactions to the webhook in integrmat but today when I look in IPN history nothing is there for the two transactions I made this morning. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Same issue. I had a working setup but notifications have stopped. I am able to go through the process and make a sandbox purchase but I never get any feedback notification.

Thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

I've tested and confirmed I'm seeing the same issue and as such, I've raised the issue with our IPN team and requested they review and resolve the issue.

I'll update this thread once the issue has been resolved.

Ps.. Can you assure this is working in a live environment also. Had not way of testing that without actually making a donation. Thanks.

I haven't heard of any issues with production environment IPN generation or delivery.

If there was an issue, I would hear about it pretty quickly.

Me too. my sand box ipn sent properly till at least Jan 20th.

This history can read on the ipn history page.

But Today it didn't send, and history wasn't display also.

PayPal SandBox often cause like that issue.

Then, we hard to know which is the cause, either my own program or paypal.

I feel disgusting to the system of paypal.

I am having the same problem, on sandbox.

 

I have received IPNs until January 30, inclusively. Starting with January 31, I do not receive any IPNs.  They also don't show in IPN history. The buying process works fine, the IPN does not.

Hello All,

IPN delivery is now back working.

There is however a delay between IPN generation and delivery of approx 45 minutes. We're actively working to resolve this issue and resume normal service.

I'll update again once the issue has been completely resolved.
