IPN messages on sandbox are all in queue status

I'm not sure if my queue needs to be cleared out or what. I don't seem to have the ability to either push it, or removed the queued ones. 

 

Looking for some clarification on what I need to do to be able to continue my testing.

I have the same problem - I only have messages with the queued status.

 

No IPN messages are being sent so can't test anything.

Same problem here, I can't test anything because the IPN messages are all pending for 2 days. I can use the IPN tester but can't test the whole payment process
