Since today 5PM around I started having INTERNAL ERROR on paypal disbursement in the sandbox.

Let me know if you're still seeing this issue.

I've tested /v1/payments today and could create, approve and execute a payment without any errors being returned.

Hi the problem disappeared and it was working find for me.

But now it is still there and on the sandbox api. Since yesterday I cannot disburse orders since yesterday.

Hope there will be a solution soon.
