I've got error "Order could not be captured" with Paypal button

Hi everyone, I've got error "Order could not be captured" with Paypal button in sandbox,

The request to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/smart/api/order/{id}/capture was failed, I think maybe Paypal sandbox server has problem

Update: It works, I think sandbox server was downed
