I used sandbox paypal acc. on a website - will people get deducted ?

hi,

I forgot to change the PayPal email address from a sandbox account to a real account on a website selling books.  I want to know will people who used it will actually be deducted money from their real accounts?

Also how can I find out who made payments to the sandbox accounts ? I have the email address in https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/ but it doesn't list any transactions ?
