Hello,

The merchant id you have shared doesn't belong to a sandbox account.

Please login to the sandbox account where you want reference transactions enabled and share the merchant id from the account. It can be found within the "business information" section.

Hello,

Thanks for sharing the merchant id from your sandbox premier account.

Premier / Personal accounts cannot have reference transactions enabled. This functionality is only available to business accounts. Create a new Jordanian business sandbox account and reference transactions should be enabled by default on the new account.
