I can´t register a new account in sandbox

I have been trying to register a sandbox account (personal and business) from my paypal developer dashboard to test my site and get next error:

Something went wrong. One or more sandbox accounts could not be created. Try again.

How can i solved this?

Hi @jerrydread

Usually the account is still created, but missing a debit/credit card in which case the account is fine to use, just add a card manually if needed.
